Company Profile
Company Introduction
HVEA was founded in 1993, with a total number of employees exceeding 2,500. It initially focused on particleboard production. As the group continued to develop, its business gradually expanded to the production of assembled furniture by its subsidiary HeveaPac in 2001, which was listed in 2005. Following the environmental protection concept of sustainable development, the HeveaGro subsidiary was established in 2017 to reuse the remaining board materials and develop the fungus cultivation industry. In 2022, HVEA will re-actively deploy the Chinese market and determine that it will deploy the Chinese market in the form of veneer panels, which will become an important milestone for the group. Through the manufacture of veneer panels and the cultivation of edible fungi, rubber forest resources can be better utilized, so that rubber wood can give full play to its economic value after the tapping period, reconstruct resources and capabilities, introduce the innovation ecology into the concept of sustainable development, and lead the industry to a new environmental and healthy transformation.
In 2023, HVEA will set up a design team in Europe to independently develop decorative textures. At the same time, it will build a decorative panel production plant in China, introduce Germany's advanced Winconner synchronous grain matching production line, and master the synchronous grain matching technology. With precise pressure regulation and sensitive temperature control system, it ensures the best presentation of the decorative panel effect. It strictly controls product quality and strives for excellence in decorative design to create the world's top fashionable decorative panel products.
Resources Advantages
HVEA’s rubber plantations cover a vast area, with proprietary forest land reaching up to 300,000 hectares. This provides HVEA with strong and sustainable resource support. With a well-established management system covering felling, transportation, storage, and usage, the purity of raw materials is ensured, resulting in boards free of any odors. The base material is made from large-diameter rubberwood sourced from HVEA’s own plantations, with a growth cycle of over 30 years. No waste materials are added; the base material has uniform particle density, is tough and stable, and has excellent nail-holding strength.
Production Advantages
HVEA’s base material is produced using the internationally advanced German Dieffenbacher production line, where veneers are thin, long, and uniform, laid in a precise longitudinal and transverse mesh pattern. A custom 45-meter Dieffenbacher continuous press applies pressures above 700 kg/m³ in a continuous flat pressing process. This single-line production scale far exceeds the industry average. Combined with low-formaldehyde, eco-friendly adhesives and extended pressing times, the process allows the glue to fully react, enhancing bonding strength, ensuring board formation, and improving resistance to deformation, static bending, and nail-holding capacity. The result is a high-end board that is free of impurities, structurally stable, with superior load-bearing capacity and excellent resistance to warping, meeting the JIS F☆☆☆☆ environmental standard.
R&D Advantages
HVEA decorative panels start with a high benchmark and strict standards. The production fully incorporates the German Wemhöner synchronized short-cycle press, with precise pressure adjustment and sensitive temperature control, redefining high-standard craftsmanship and ensuring the decorative panels achieve optimal surface quality. Building on this foundation, HVEA has expanded across the national market, standardizing and regulating product quality. With high standards, high efficiency, and superior quality, HVEA drives the development of the decorative panel industry while providing customers with more reliable and trustworthy service.
